Full Body Reset

90 minutes. Full Reset.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The Full Body Reset is ideal if you’re dealing with widespread tightness, feeling restricted through multiple areas, or simply want to give your body the time it needs to properly unwind and recover.

This session is especially suited to people who train regularly, sit for long hours, or feel like a shorter treatment just isn’t enough. If you want a deeper level of release, this is the treament to choose.

Unlike the Tune-Up, this treatment allows time to work more thoroughly into specific areas while still addressing the body as a whole.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

A Full Body Reset combines multiple advanced techniques to restore movement, reduce tension, and improve overall body function.

Your treatment will include:

  • Cupping (wet & dry) to improve circulation and reduce muscle tightness
  • Deep Tissue Massage to release tension throughout the body
  • IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) to improve tissue quality and reduce restrictions
  • Joint Mobilisations to restore range of motion across multiple joints
  • PNF / Assisted Stretching to actively improve flexibility and control
  • Targeted hip flexor work where needed (especially beneficial for those who sit a lot or train heavily)

This session covers the full body, including both upper and lower regions, allowing time for a more detailed and thorough approach. Where needed, longer focused work can be applied to specific areas to achieve deeper release and better results.

We also offer cardiovascular (CV) screen at no additional cost, as part of your treatment, if requested. This typically involves simple, non-invasive checks such as blood pressure and resting heart rate, along with a few relevant health questions to ensure your treatment is safe and tailored to you.

This screen is included because many people rarely have routine health checks, and conditions like high blood pressure can often present without obvious symptoms. As you may visit the clinic more regularly than you would a GP or other healthcare provider, this provides an additional opportunity to identify potential concerns early and support your overall wellbeing.

If any findings fall outside of normal ranges or raise concerns, you will be advised accordingly and may be referred to your GP for further assessment before continuing with treatment.

HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

Each Full Body Reset session includes 90 minutes of dedicated, uninterrupted hands-on treatment time.

Your full session is reserved exclusively for manual therapy. Any additional time needed for notes, preparation etc. is built in separately, before the next client, so your treatment is never cut short or compromised.
